The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The owners trat there staff badly. The staff(apart from the owners), instructors and members are great but the owners are rude and never listen to suggestions. Place is dirty and hot. The owners are to stingy to turn the air on and the air conditioner doesn't work most of the time. They finally replaced the roof after years of it leaking pretty badly. They promised to clean the place up but have done nothing.
