I am past 60 and have really enjoyed exercising at Castleton. The place is clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the other customers thoughtful and helpful. No foul language or rough behavior, even from the younger crowd. My husband and I have been very pleased.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

This place is a joke unfair prices. The equipment is bad and the ower is very rude. He will not talk to you if you have a problem he will make you talk to his staff. I will never go back to castletons as long as roger is in charge.

If you like a safe clean well equiped place to exercise, A palce where dirty mouths are not tolerated and the only gym owner in town with the guts to run it like it should be. No drugs, no devil music. this is it. people that complane are the rule breakers.
