I was going to Body Works in Show Low quite often, around three to four times a week, but always at different times as my schedual changes daily. I have been a customer off and on for years, and have finally been offended enough to go out of my way and write a bad review, which is unfortunate. When you first walk into the gym, you sign in for whatever activity you are there for, I was there to go tanning. The person at the front counter always askes what bed I would like to use, the ten or twenty minute (One tanning bed is STILL out if order). I have signed in and been forgotten many times while they have let a person go ahead of me, which is frustrating. My time is just as important as everybody elses. Why have a timed sign in sheet if you dont go by it.Last night when I went to go tanning, I spoke to a young gentle man, he was blonde with braces, high shcool age. I signed in and asked if some one was already in the ten minute bed, he said there was, so I told him I would go sit down and wait. I waited a little over ten minutes and got up off the couch and went to see if the person tanning before me was done, sometimes they go into the bathroom and your still waiting for the room and dont realize the bed is open.. I arrived at body works at 7:08 I had just gotten off work, when I sat down on the couch to wait for the tanning bed I texted my husband at 7:010 at 7:42 I got in my truck and left Body Works with out ever tanning. I was so frustrated I just left after I had been skipped twice. ( I had been on my phone, I had to call my husband, and was checking my email and waisting time so thats how I know down to the minute when I came and left ). Like I said before this has happened many times before ist nothing new, but today was the only day I felt comletely disrespected. After waiting for half an hour I went up to the kid and asked if I could go tanning, and he telles me a guy just went in there, ..... I told him I signed in with him and had been waiting for over half an hour, and so he tells me that I should just go tell the guy to get out. WOW. really? In the mornings they always treat you so nice, they always remember what bed you like, and i have never been forgotten in the morning, its always at night when they have the children working. I wanted to join the gym, but I have only been tanning because I was in a car accident and had some injuries and have been waiting for my Doctors release note to join. I will go else where, or ill spend the FOURTY FIVE BUCKS I WOULD HAVE SPENT WITH BODY WORKS A MONTH AND I'LL SAVE IT UP AND FIRST, I'LL BUY A TREADMILL, AND I WILL GO FROM THERE.. also the tanning bed has hairs everywhere from everybody thats been in it, and multiple bulbs are out. The first couple of times I tried the laydown bed.. utill I realized there was somebodys sweat impression from a previous use. they did not have any cleaner for me to clean it with, iron works at least left sanitizer spay....And Ive watched up to three people, one right after the other, use the lay down bed and I never once saw any body clean between uses, thats why I never used the twenty minute lay down bed, I always used the ten minute stand up.. eeeeew
