Went into the Pocatello Gold's Gym location as I am a current member and am moving due to a career change. I wanted to get my options to leave, I also brought in someone to take over my contract. Long story short, I had to talk to 5 different people all giving me different and wrong information. All were very unprofessional and rude. I finally got to talk to Cory Price, the manager there, he gave me my options one of them being i pay 100 bucks to cancel, I said great lets get it done. He could tell I was frustrated as it shouldn't be this hard, I brought someone to take over my contract so that they wouldn't lose business as I know how hard that is for business. Cory said "Verizon has screwed me out of 500 bucks so its just how it is". I responded with wow so that's why you guys are being so difficult to work with, guess I shouldn't have worn my badge. This experience taught me more about customer experience than any other, they all exemplified what someone should do to their customers. I do NOT recommend this gym to anyone!
