I have been using Patrick Wellness facility since 1999 for work outs and classes and fully satisfied. The staff there are friendly and willing to help when asked.

You must be MARRIED to get a FAMILY MEMBERSHIP at this gym. ANY FAMILY not having the same last names are NOT considered as a FAMILY, and thus will need to pay INDIVIDAUL rates of $49 a month. No thank you! Be aware, that if you are trying to get family rates, make sure you can produce your MARRIAGE LICENSE, though it says that NOWHERE on the papers you are signing. What a joke.
