They do have amenities here, which I really enjoy. You can tell they want every guest to have an all-inclusive experience. Their fitness equipment is in fantastic shape. It is easy to use if one did not have a personal trainer because of the visual and textual information on each piece of equipment. I travel fairly often and use hotel/resort facilities as well as tried other Beckley facilities similar to this. This is the cleanest I have experienced. They have really great customer service here. The staff seems very kind and caring. They seem to put their customers first, regardless of the situation. It seems they really care about everyone who visits them.
Another demonstration of their caring was opening their facility to the public who were experiencing power outage to take showers there. I, for one, took advantage of this until my power came back on and was most grateful.
