I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
