Dr. Eljay really changed my life. I was spiraling down in anxiety and stress and he stopped that in the first session. Then we began work on my REAL problem. At the end of the sessions I was free of my emotional connection to food and I had a NEW lifetime skill

He took my money!

I am not allowed to give 0 stars, or i would

I went to see Dr Eljay for anxiety and depression due to a bad job and a pending bankruptcy. At the end of our first visit, I asked to pay per session. Dr Eljay convinced me to take the "package deal" of 5 sessions for the price of 4, and he'd give me 5 invoices for my insurance company (is that legal). I took the package - as i said - money is tight.

2nd session starts off by me reiterating that i am unhappy in my current job. Here is an excerpt
DR ELJAY: so, quit
ME: I can't . I'm the sole support of a family of 5
DR ELJAY: So, have you wife get a job
ME: She is a housewife. She'd make minimum age. We'd lose our house
DR ELJAY: So? Its just 4 walls
ME: No, it's out home, where we are raising our children
DR ELAY: You're overcomplicating things…

It went on for a few more minutes when he then asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I didn’t want to continue and asked if I could get a refund for the remaining sessions. He said ABSOLUTELY. As I was leaving I asked again “so I’ll get a refund”? to which he replied “ I already said yes!”

That was 18 weeks ago. Excuse: vacation, excuse: my accountant has to send it, excuse: You’ll have it this week, Excuse: you’ll get it soon, Excuse: you’ll get it when you get it, and finally “ I really don’t care if you get it”. Emails unanswered, texts unreturned. When I got him on the phone he told me his tome was valuable even if mine wasn’t. I am now contacting the BBB and taking him to small claims court

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes

No, there was no annoying music

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
