They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
