The nursing staff is not caring. From alarms being left activated (current one 32 minutes and countin)' being left in bedpan while they leave the room, no care about modesty, talking about how they just got here and want to go, not wiping bottom after bedpan use, making requests multiple times without getting it filled, etc. Don't go into nursing if you cannot be caring and compassionate. One lab tech was extremely rough trying to fill a tube from a fingerprick. They scraped the tip roughly over tube, forcefully tapped/pounded finger against tube and left bloody gauze on bed. Not happy with lack of professionalism.

Decent facility overall, but the membership policies are horrible once you actually understand them. They tout the month to month membership but it takes an act of God to actually terminate your membership and then they still bill you for an extra month.

The staff is very pleasant UNTIL...you don't go along with their orders and then it's night and day.

I had some issues which could have been resolved, but the minute I complained no one wanted anything to do with me.

By the time I was mad enough to cancel, the last thing I was told was I would be turned over to collections.

This, after NEVER ONCE being asked what was bothering me about the facility or the services....NEVER ONCE.
