This is my favorite health food store. They have an excellent selection of nutritional supplements, teas, foods, spices, and skin care items. They also sell alkaline water have a wonderful selection of nuts. I'm absolutely addicted to the tea selections. On top of the wonderful selections the owner and staff provide excellent customer service.

Brown Market is one of the last of its kind in the DMV, a health food epicenter! Excellent selection of products from herbs, teas, snacks, beverages, beauty products, plant-based foods, and an assortment of bean pies. It's a shopping staple in my household. The store is always clean with staff that's knowledgeable about the products and provides fantastic customer service!

Friendly, family feel. Knowledgeable staff. Good inventory of vitamins, supplements, and other natural health & wellness- related products; fresh organic produce, healthy organic drinks and waters, variety of tea, healthy beauty products, seasonings & condiments...just about everything you might expect in a neighborhood "health food" store focused on wellness. Owner often present and available for Q&A. Mr. Brown, in fact, is a jewel of an owner w/excellent, consistent great customer service. A community fixture for many years & seems to have a good reputation among all who shop there from near & far.

Brown's Market staff is always so nice and professional. All of the staff members are very knowledgeable about all of the products that they hold. If they don't have it in stock they will order it for you. I've been going to them for years and I will continue to patronize their shop!
