They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I couldn't believe how kind they were. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
