I DIDN'T THINK THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THE DR, IS VERY ARROGANT, HAD NO SENSE OF HUMOR WHAT SO EVER. THE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK WERENT RUDE, BUT I DIDN'T FEEL THEY WERE FRIENDLY AT ALL.. AS FOR THE WEIGHT LOSS PART, THE 37.5 DID NOT WORK WELL, THE 30MG WAS MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE 37.5, THE LADIES AT THE DESK ARE KIND OF THICK. HMMMM DO THEY KNOW SOMETHING WE DON'T KNOW....

Very busy place. The office isn't much to look at; the doctor and pharmacist are probably retired; and the majority of the staff are overweight. But it works!

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Haven't been there since 2 years ago unfortunately I stop going because they didn't want no children's in the office I have 3 kids of my own and i couldn't find a babysitter to watch them I have gained a lot of weight since then and I know that if I go back ill lose it the pills that the doctor prescribed did really work well on me

The gentleman and older lady are very polite and have great customer service the rest of the staff appear to have a chip on their shoulder and aren't very polite at all. The doctor is very professional and understanding. I feel that customer service is key when having a business if the staff as a whole would treat their customers better I feel the office would be more sucessful. The appearance of the office is ok, deffinitly an older office. Overall I give them a 7 out of 10..
