Very POOR customer service when trying to get results of lab work and/or other tests. I had x-rays over a week ago and have called numerous times and left numerous messages for test results, but it will probably be a cold day in hell before I ever get a call back with results. Dealing with utility companies is easier than getting a call-back from this place. My doctor is decent, but I am seriously considering another medical provider due to atrocious customer service from staff.
