Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely recommend their products to people I know; I was very happy with them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
