They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're so great at returning my phone calls. They always get back to me within a day.

He made sexual advances and when refused he had his staff and friends harass, degrade, threaten me. He's a narcissist and focused on sex.

My experience with Dr. Laga's staff was disturbing and confrontational. The doctor is evasive.

Go to You Tube and look at the type of movies he watches, including explicit movies of female breasts. His username is: sflagamd. Very happy for the healing of the previous rater. The previous rater is passing on gossip from either himself or his staff. She speaks of two sides to a story yet only presents one side. She is naive. Who cares, this site is to rate the doctor not pass on gossip of personal issues.

I read these negative responses and they make me sick. I have news for all of you , there are two sides to every story and what was you side ? Of course you are not going to add your side. Two years ago Dr. Laga saved my life. I have a rare blood disease which forms blockages in my body and I was a walking dead person with only 3 arteries flowing with blood in my brain. He was quick to take tests and diagnose and weigh my options, which was 2 major surgeries back to back, one month apart. He was a tough Dr. and he told me what had to be done or I would not be here writing this right now. When he did my surgeries he planned them thoroughly and he went above and beyond to make sure I came out of those surgeries successfully. I am a very particular person about choosing my doctors and when I choose and stay with a doctor for many years, there is a reason. Dr. Laga is very dedicated to his practice and to his patients and he does not deserve to be harassed and degraded like this. Recently I found out that Dr. Laga has been stalked since 2002 by a woman who is obsessed with him. She has made his life a living hell and all because she can not have him. He is happily married man dedicated to his family. He is a faithful christian man which I know personally because we both love the same Saint. This woman is wanted by the police for stalking Dr. Laga and for another criminal charges.They are looking for her but have been unable to find her. She continues to harass Dr. Laga and his staff daily, not only in his office but also at their private homes 24/7. I was shocked and outraged to find out about this. I will not lose a great Dr. and surgeon because of a mentally ill woman who needs to worry about getting some serious help. If you are reading this, you know as well as I do that I am only speaking the truth about you. Please do not try to hack my computer and bother me because I am pretty computer savvy myself and I will know and report you. But to all those people out there that are looking for information about their Doctor or just trying to find a great Doctor, you will find out you have come to the right one if you choose Dr. Laga. ♥ Susanna

He is abusive and tempermental. Goes into cruel, vulgar rampages. Tells his staff to humiliate and intimidate you. Gossips about his patients. Loses records and lies about it.
