The day of the surgery I paid for being sedated and before the anisthelogist had put me under dr Taylor injected a needle very firmly in my gum and I jumped up from the table screaming ouch. His comment was I wouldn't,t feal anything in a minute. Plus there was no follow up at all from any one in the office. I think that the doctor should at lease acknowledge you before the procedure. I,m a very stressful person and am petrified of any procedure having to do with my teeth. The doctor was aware of this,it was brought up during the consultation.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Absolutely not! I don't think they have one!

No, but they said they were going to!

Yes, I had to wait forever.
