I was very nervous on my first appointment, but the staff put me at ease. And then when the doctor came in, she could not have been nicer, gentler, or more sympathetic. Since I have to go to the doctor, I'm glad I found Dr. Engelberg and her lovely staff.

DON'T BE LATE ! NO PLACE TO PARK , OFFICE STAFF SO RUDE YOUNG GIRLS THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NO ENCLOSED AREA IN THE OFFICE SO EVERY ONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS. THEY ACTUALLY TIMED OUR VISIT! DR. ASKED ME TO LEAVE A LIST OF MEDICATIONS, AND AS IM DOING IT THE RECEPTIONIST SAID "ARE YOUR DONE YET!???" WHAT WHY IS THERE A TIME LIMIT ON MY MEDICATION LIST ? SHE SAID I CANNOT TALK TO MY PATIENTS WHILE YOU ARE STANDING THERE! (I HAVE NEVER GONE TO A MORE RUDER OFFICE.) HIPPA WAS BROKEN WHEN U TOLD ME I WAS 6 MINUTES LATE IN FRONT OF EVERY ONE! PPO INSURANCE DR MADE 100.00 ON ME IT WAS ME WHO MADE THE APPT. IT WAS ME WHO CHOOSE THE OFFICE ! AND IT IS ME WHO CHOSE TO LEAVE !

At first we thought the Dr. was very good until we tried to get a hold of her and she was always to busy to call back to ans some very serious quistions. The bottom line she does not have any bed side manner when it comes to a patient that is in real need.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

My husband was referred to this doctor by West Hills Hospital. He waited over 24 hours for the doctor to arrive at the hospital for a consultation...which never happened. We called her office and were told she would see him at lunch time. When the hospital called much later in the day suddenly the office staff said she was just given the consultation and would be there late in the evening. The office staff would not take responsibility for the earlier phone conversation and said that the hospital should just have another doctor do the consult. Really??!?? That's how this doctor treats her patients??? You may wish to find a doctor who cares about people.
