Very pleasant experience. office staff is friendly. Doctor is always available, listen. never have to wait for urgent appointments. I don't have to go to ER or urgent care for urgent problem. Good quality care

Saw him for 3 years...some good experiences...some very bad....He does overbook & I can always feel his energy wanting to get onto the next patient. His very first appts. in the AM are not too long a wait. But after that you can wait very much longer up till over an hour.
You can tell him about all your complaints & he does not address all of them because he is in too much of a hurry.
He also takes calls on his cellphone while in the exam room with you making your visit much longer.
His staff is not very good...they put you on hold all the time and most of the time you get disconnected and you have to call back. And they are not good at relaying messages to the Dr. and also are very slow.
I have never been able to talk directly to him & he is not good at calling back.
One more thing I noticed is that he does take calls from some patients while you are in the exam room. I stated this before and I am stating it again because I suspect that they are more important to him.
I am not a racist or prejudice..but I do suspect that he cares more for his Indian patients.....I say this because I can hear these particular patients speaking with him on the cell phone when I am in the exam room with him...That is probably why some patients give him good reviews.

everytime I've been to dr sachin patel office I had to wait over an hour and then wait another 15 minutes in the exam room. once he finally see's me, he spends the least amount of time with me and always tries to reschedule another appointment. I am unhappy with his services and don't think another appointment is going to help considering he doesn't even see me when I'm there.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
