They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. I've never felt more uncomfortable with an OBGYN before. They were rude, unfriendly, and so unwelcoming. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. I needed an appointment for an emergency on Christmas Eve ,The Dr. refused to see me she said they were booked ..and I had been a patient here for at least 5 yrs. I told them I would not be returning for any more appointments

Obviously the person who did not pay her bill trashed the staff and the doctors because she did not want to pay her bill. My experience has been terrific and very professional over the last 9 years. I recognize the same pleasant employees in the office every year so the doctors must treat them well and they must have a great relationship with each other Dr. Cooper is one of the best Gyn doctors is AZ. She did my surgery using the DiVinci Robotic procedure and my recovery was so fast and great! I pay my co-pay and my bills.
