Loved my session with Dr Frank. Will go back for more education from his vast knowledge. He noticed right off the bat that my issues with twisting my right ankle could be from a slight curve inward of my foot.
He is going to help me correct that issue by retracing the muscle.
Of course his work helped my score back and ankle from the fall I had last night.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. I really felt like they were happy to be helping me the entire time. I never once got the feeling that they were irritated or would rather be elsewhere. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. I want everyone to see just how great this acupuncturist is. This acupuncturist has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and a strong online presence. Their treatment rooms were good. They were spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here. They truly go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at tons of places, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
