They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. One thing I've always appreciated, is that they've never taken personal phone calls when they're with me. They always give me their full attention, and make sure I have everything I need.
