They made sure every single question I had was answered, and gave a very thorough consoltation. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with in a salon. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They serve tea, drinks and snacks and really make you feel like you are in a place of healing. I was so impressed with the response I was able to receive from others about my hair after visiting them. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about life and my future. I'm not so insecure anymore because I know that I look good because of Lisa Marie Owens Hair Salon! The office was easy enough to find.
