She is hostile when it comes to completing paper work for insurance purposes, disability or virtually any necessity in today's health care environment. I liked the therapist I had, however you must have a Phd, or MD as a signature on much paperwork, otherwise it will not work out for you downstream as she will claim that "technically" she was not your therapist. Although you are told that she reviews everything that is being done by her non Phd therapists. Not a warm person at all and I think it might be best if she seeks therapy or finds another line of work.
Dr. Costa' evaluation of my child was filled with grammatical errors. When she went over the results, it took maybe 20-30 minutes. It was not thorough at all. I regret taking my child there for an assessment.
