Dr. Sapp was very rude as was the staff. As a patient, I have never been treated so poorly. Dr. Saap was not only rude but condescending.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have not cancel their appointments last minute but a "cleaning" has taken 2 hours mostly waiting. I really like Dr. W Sapp, but his staff needs some professional etiquette training. I still would recommend Dr. Sapp to folks.He answered most of my questions, but I could have used more information. He's sometimes able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary, but the billing does get confusing as to actual cost :-\ .

So far I have had a horrible experience with this dentist. They give you the incorrect price. You end up having to pay more than what they tell you. I have called on several occasions and they hang up on me and will not pick up when I call back. I will be switching dentists ASAP!

I had to wait for a little while.

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I am a coward at the dentist and I was put at ease even though it was my first time to go in many years! My teeth feel so much better!
