I have been going to Stephanie for over 10 years. I have also referred family and friends to Stephanie many times over the years. Stephanie always takes the time to find out what type of massage I am looking for at each visit, i.e. relaxation, or something more aggressive. We also discuss if there is a specific area that should be avoided or focused more on. During a session she will also let me know if there is an area that she feels needs more attention or requires more pressure, always making sure the pressure is not too much, or uncomfortable. Stephanie goes out of her way to make sure you get the full therapeutic benefits that a massage should provide, and always delivers an enjoyable massage experience.

Stephanie takes a unique and holistic approach to her practice. She treated me over the course of many years, for various issues and always adapted her treatment to my current situation. She has a focused and empathetic touch and was actively listening to me and cues from my body to ensure the treatment I got from her was exactly what I needed. She sets a very respectful and safe tone in the one and one environment of her practice. In a word - Stephanie CARES!
