They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Hospice nurses were the best. Everyone was concerned for each member of our family.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.
