I have heard wonderful things about the care at the hospice house. Evidently when that facility is full, Traverse Victorian senior living is the "back-up." Care at traverse Victorian is not acceptable. Staff to patient ratio does not allow adequate care for end of life needs. Very disappointed in the level of care, the inadequate knowledge of staff in treating someone requiring end of life care, and the arrogance of the owner of Traverse Victorian. Tracerse Victorian is not a licensed facility so it does not have the same standards as the hospice house.
