My mom was there in 2019. The process of letting go was very hard but everyone there was so nice and comforting. It was clean and looked like a hotel . There were a lot of rooms and you can walk outside and sit on the patio .
My mother was admitted. I told staff upon admission that she was allergic to all pain meds. Even though there was no doctor there to exmine her. Staff said they spoke to the doctor who ordered pain meds to be placed in her IV. Mind you she was resting comfortably prior to meds. She immediately stopped breathing and her lips turning blue. Although we got her back for a short time. She was pronounced dead approximately two hours after being admitted. It was also freezing cold in there and a very thin throw on her bed. My elderly parents were charged for 2 days when she was only there for 2 hours. Horrible Place!
Our family received the best possible care we could have expected. The kind people took care of all our needs during our mother's final days. We will always be grateful to them.
They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
