No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

My moms overall health got WORSE after only 8 weeks there. She got weaker and was made to stay in her bed all the time. Run. Run away.

My family experienced Chapman Hospice over a 2 year period. During this time, they helped us make every day count through their exceptional care: providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support, not only for my mother, but for my family members as well. The nurses and aides provided spirit lifting moments in my mother's last days. She looked forward to their visits. They really provided the comfort and support she needed in her declining health at home. When it came time to increase her level of care, Chapman Hospice helped us find a facility. The nurses and aides followed her there, making the transition as comfortable as possible. The fact that they were available 24/7 to answer questions and ease our fears meant a lot to us.
Nothing can prepare you for losing a loved one; but with the guidance and support from a group of people who truly care, you know you will get through one of the toughest times in your life. My family can not thank Chapman Hospice enough for taking the burden off of us, so we could enjoy the last couple of years, laughing and crying with Mom, reminiscing, visiting with family and friends, and helping us say our goodbyes. God bless all of you. The Anderson family.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Never, they are very reliable.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

This has nothing to do with the staff. They were very attentive to my father-in-law, however, Chapman promised a refund of money to be used as a retainer until medi-cal kicked in. The Business office has done nothing but lie. I spoke the the "business office manager" today. He told me he recalled the name and he said he would be back in touch today. No call. Our convalescent hospital was told the payment was sent to the wrong address. The is ridiculous no one could apply a credit or cash the check. My contact at the hospital told me that the "business office manager "would call back. He never did. Evidently this is a pattern. No one at Chapman is returning any calls regarding monies owed. This has been since January.
Personally, knowing that all the monies recieved and applied must be accounted for and being purposely mislead, I feel this hospice may not be a perfect choice.
I want someone above the "business manager to check into this situation and respond one way or another. Just an answer.
