There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
