Although I liked this chiropractor, they did NOT accept my insurance so I paid for each visit myself thinking I could get a receipt and file the insurance forms myself. The receipt I received did not have any diagnosis codes and after going round and round with them, I finally did obtain what I needed.

My advice is that if they don't accept your insurance, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
