They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
The eye Dr is SUPER and the office staff is also....allthough the glasses are very high.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

Dr Hall and her staff are wonderful. I always have a difficult time selecting frames and Randie did an exceptional job in helping me select the ones that I WILL ACTUALLY WEAR!! My wife wear contacts and quite frankly could not see well enough to read without adding reading glasses. After Dr Hall's review of her prescriptions and a full check up she no longer wears reading glasses at all!

These folks are the best!!
