Heather has been my massage therapist for many years. Her education in physical therapy enhances her knowledge and experience in massage therapy. She is wonderful with the elderly as well. Her technique is so varied and thorough. Whatever aches or hurts, she has the tools to ease the pain on more than one level. She asks questions at the beginning of the session and tailors your massage from your answers. I highly recommend Heather for relaxation, health and pain management.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Was the massage therapist able to customize their massages for clients with injuries?
Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Heather will inform me if there is a promotion going on so that I can save money. Heather is knowledgeable and well-informed. She is aalways able to answer my questions, and sometimes follows-up with me after doing research, if needed. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled therapist. Heather has some physical therapy knowledge and for me, this is a PLUS! At other places I've been to, sometimes the massage therapist's hands have been too cold, but they weren't at all here. They were the perfect temperature, which made my massage even more enjoyable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. She remembers what works for me! I had foot problems I had been seeing a chiropractor for -- that effort only lasted to the door. When Heather worked on my foot, arthritis, it lasted a WEEK wihtout pain. She is WONDERFUL! You will wish you came to her earlier!
