They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their eye equipment was so new and advanced I had never even seen it before. It was so much better than other optometrists I've been to. They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Dr. Jill and her office staff are kind and caring, and they help anyone who needs them. I know I can always count on them. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. They are friendly and I felt right at home there. I was very comfortable the entire time. They have a huge inventory of frames and can make your glasses while you wait.
