I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. My experience was pretty enjoyable! The waiting room even had a nice selection of entertaining magazine to calm my nerves. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never been treated with more kindness and empathy.
