Dr. Milestone and his staff are top notch. They are warm, professional and very good at discussing any options available for orthodontic treatment. I am still in the middle of treatment but am so happy I found his office. I recommend his office to everyone with great confidence.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

Friendly, polite, and incredibly welcoming are just some of the words I would use to describe them. They are just amazing. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. The office was easy enough to find.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the orthodontist.
