Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. He does not order any xrays and feels that he doesn't need them. Dr. Yates really wants people to learn to help themselves and knows his treatment is temporary.

But he needs a receptionist to handle all his walk-ins around 4 PM. That's understandable because he just opened in July 2008. Still, scheduled appointments happen on time as he has four rooms to accomodate therapies. If you like mechanical massage and stretching you can get right in and start unwinding. Plus Dr. Yates treats the whole person, body, mind and spirit. One visit can really be life changing, if that's what you want.
