Dr. Yates provides personal attention and a family focus of care. I felt much better after my appointment. Over time, my pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Dr. Yates is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visits. He was helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

Absolutely! I was given many practical and helpful tips that sped up my recovery!

No, but I need a lot less than before

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Yates was very professional and personable. I did not have to wait long to be seen, he took me as a walk-in. I was very pleased with his genuine concern and ability to help me with my neck and shoulder pain. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with neck and shoulder pain; I was very pleased with my visit.
