I have been a patient of Dr Milroy's for several years. He is a warm, compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen and really cares about me and my family. I highly recommend him!

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The younger doctor(who happens to be the son) was incredibly rude and seem to care more about getting done. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room and was really scared.

Dr Samuel and his father are the most caring physicians I have ever been to. They helped me and my family through many difficult times. The office staff has always been very compassionate and friendly. The evening hours rock! I never have to miss work! If its an emergency they even get me into see him the sameday. Thank you Drs Samuels!
