I was not impressed at all. He was not helpful at all. It was a complete waste of time. If I wanted to figure out a way to help myself I wouldn't have gone to see a professional. I hated that their phone kept ringing during my appointment. I wish they had silenced their cell phone because it was really annoying. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I thought that the chair they provided for me to sit in during the session was average. Not totally luxurious but not uncomfortable. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
