If you have been skeptical of seeing a nutritionist for fear of being put on a crazy diet or given a list of foods you can and cannot eat, worry no more. I am so thankful that I found Chester County Nutrition and June Kuz! From the very first visit I was comfortable with sharing my story with her and letting her know where I was with my daily diet. June has gently guided me into making small changes along the way that are adding up to a huge lifestyle change! The best part is I am seeing results and feel better than I ever have! I have never had anyone spend the amount of one-on-one time with me that June does, and really care about what I am eating and doing in my daily life to improve my health. She takes the time to review my food journals every time I see her and offer suggestions (not demands) on other healthier alternatives. I track my calories and exercise every day through My Fitness Pal and share that with her at my visits. The best thing you can do for your health is to give June a call and set up an appointment with her. You have nothing to lose (except maybe some unwanted pounds)!

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
