Penny is a wonderful teacher who is very helpful and supportive. The studio is beautiful and hosts many events including yoga classes, book club, community drum circle, gong meditations, kirtan etc.... She has helped build a friendly community here in Saco that is a pleasure to be a part of.
Highly recommended!
