Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

The only pressure I receive is deep tissue . So I was a little leery of even going to this studio. I saw great reviews on another site so decided to take a chance. Started off with an hour and decided to add 30 min. The massage was great and my therapist really got into the massage. Was a little sore the next day but was to be expected. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. My massage wasn't awful, but it could have been better. I was hoping for a deep massage and they didn't apply very much pressure.
