I received a gift certificate from my son Christmas Dec. 25th 2013 from the sensitive touch, On Jan. 1st 2014 I received a e-mail saying they were closed for business as of Jan. 1st 2014, I've tried calling them and e-mailing, no response I want a refund!

My Sister and I received gift certificates in December 2013 and have been trying to reach this business since 26 December to set up appointments. After several calls and having left messages, no one has returned my calls and now the message response is that they are not taking calls. I drove by where this business is supposed to be located and they are no longer there! There is a "For Rent" sign on where I think they were located! I have reported this to the certificated giver's credit card company as "fraud charges" and they will investigate!

They always knock before entering my massage room. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They were very qualified and knowledgeable.

Did this massage therapist apply enough pressure during the massage?
Not really. It wasn't terrible but I was hoping for more pressure
