My wife and I have seen Dr. Goetz for several years now. We find her to be very competent, kind, caring and sincere. You can always get in to see her when it fits into our schedules. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend Honeoye Falls Family Eyecare to anyone to have their eye care met.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
