Their prices were fair. The level of dental care you get for the price is fine. The office staff (Angela) didn't seem too happy to be helping me. She was not very understanding or caring, and didn't show empathy for my situation. When needing to reschedule a cleaning, I was informed there was not an opening until May 28, 2014. When asked to be put on a waiting list, I was informed that if I did I would not be called. I received an inappropriate voice mail and a e-mail when I decided to terminate their services. I could tell my family's dental care was not their primary concern.

While the physical environment of this provider is good (easy parking, nice office), and Dr. Pottinger is friendly, I will not return to this provider. All four members of my family were patients of Dr. Pottinger. My husband just had her put in implants. We paid out of pocket $1798, plus the insurance paid thier part. Two months later my daughter (very busy full time college student, who also works, who also volunteers) misses her cleaning appointment and we get a bill for $50 for her missing the appointment. I guess they felt they hadn't made enough money off of us already. I will not go back and never recommend them.

This provider is near my home and takes my husband's insurance. The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The dental hygienists are thorough and gentle. The chairs are comfortable, and you can watch an overhead TV while they work. Dr. Pottinger is friendly, professional, and seems knowledgeable. I have never had a major problem with my teeth, just basic cleanings, so I am not the best person to critique other services like fixing broken teeth or cavities.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I had multiple crowns, some of which kept coming off. They charged me every time one broke or came off. They have some assistants that are really ditzy (AJ) - avoid that one! The cleaning techs are excellent.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

Eveyone's teeth are ruined in my family now. She never told me i had four cavities, fairly along in their process of decay. Never one word of any cavities. I had pain so i switched dentists and they found a ton of problems that she did not catch. I know have severe problems with enamel and my sister had to have a root canal done by another dentist because Pottinger kept saying she just had sensitive teeth like the other review said too. Im so mad that now my teeth are messed up forever. I wish I would have taken action by law.
