Rude condescending staff, you are treated like a dollar bill not a patient. They do not make accommodations or understand that people have life events that may cause them to miss an appointment, wont refill medication even though you could potentially have a seizure by not taking the medication. $50 Fee

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Its great to have a psychiatrist who explained and made it easy to deal with the emotional turmoil i went through.He is a life saver.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They always make sure that they are available, and I've never had a problem reaching them in an emergency. I know that I can always count on them. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They did a very thorough investigation of my medical history to make sure that I would receive the most beneficial treatment. I felt like they really cared about me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
