They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. Each of my children were treated with friendly respect and we enjoyed our visit!

As a brand new patient with a MAJOR toothach, they were able to see me very quickly! They assesed the problem and I was taken care of very fast. I was able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I will definitely continue to see "Dr. Mike". It's was a great experience!!

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

About a month ago one of my teeth broke in half!
I called my regular dentist and was told my insurance would only pay for an extraction.
I called my insurance carrier and was referred to DDS Dental and Dr. Mike.
I am so glad i found this dentist. I was used to unfriendly and seemingly uncaring staff at my previous dental office.I was relieved and pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Mike and all of his staff so friendly and understanding. A treatment plan was worked out for me and the receptionist even called my insurance several times when i had questions about what was covered. I am now about half way through my treatment plan and i could not be happier about the service and kindness i receive each time i go in!
