Always out of town, doesnt work with any other doctors so you are on your own. Very rude about my medical condition calling it a public sanitation concern, doesn't seem to take your conditions seriously. They were cold and not friendly enough. I didn't feel at home here. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. The staff was clearly trained in just a few areas. I hope they'll continue to learn more so they can be more helpful to me in the future.

The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. They are always polite and never use foul language, if one considers no call backs and never picking up the phone when one calls polite. I do not.. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

Over all I adore Dr. Gibson's staff. She has been my pcp every since she came to Tallahassee.
They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
